This role is for a detail-oriented and energetic risk & compliance management professional to join the Enterprise Risk Governance team to advance the organization’s risk maturity. The individual will play a critical role through support and execution of its issue, audit and exam management functions.
The Senior ORM Risk Analyst will strengthen the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF), providing independent challenge and high-quality analysis. This role contributes to effective risk reporting, governance, and the continuous improvement of operational risk practices across the organisation. Working closely with the Operational Risk team, you will take partial ownership of ORM programs.
Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of ISO 27001 audit and readiness engagements. Evaluate the design and effectiveness of technology and security controls. Supervise, coach, and mentor junior auditors, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Review and approve audit workpapers and deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.
