• Own Zerion’s brand identity across all products and channels.
• Create static graphics for marketing, product, and social.
• Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, product surfaces, and documentation.

This is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving growth and adoption of a leading consumer-facing web3 wallet. You will define and execute marketing strategies that engage users, launch innovative product features, and deliver measurable impact across product lifecycles. Acting as the bridge between Product and Marketing, you will translate user insights into actionable campaigns, foster cross-team collaboration, and strengthen the brand’s presence within the crypto and web3 ecosystem.

• Define and execute Palette Labs' entire marketing strategy to generate high-quality organic network participation.
• Own the brand narrative, channel strategy, and community mobilization efforts to establish Palette Labs as a category leader for Decentralized Commerce (DeCom).
• Develop segmented messaging strategies for protocol builders, new service operators, and network participants, focusing on measurable organic inbound growth.
