As a Capacity Consultant, you’ll be a strategic partner to senior leadership, playing a key role in optimizing workforce planning and resource management. You'll be responsible for organizing and improving data, making sure decision-makers have the right information to drive success, and building strong relationships across teams.

You will be part of the operations team in support of our Home and Community Care organization, responsible for ongoing data analysis to identify and implement operational improvements. Requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, organizational skills, proficiency with analytical tools, and strong communication skills. Develop short and long-term data-driven production forecasts to maximize Client acceptance opportunity.
