The Consultant Relations Director will develop key relationships with strategic consulting houses and build awareness and growth opportunities at emerging local and national consultancies and/or brokers. You'll take charge of managing and enhancing our relationships within the consulting and brokerage community. Collaborating closely with Partnerships and Sales leadership, you'll ensure our strategic priorities align with market influencer insights.

Help organizations translate people training and development strategies into business impact. You will own the end-to-end outbound sales cycle and a key part of the enterprise “go to market” strategy. You will be working individually, but you can always count on the other team members, because team-work, sharing experience and co-learning best practices is our DNA.
