As Channel Operations and Strategy Director, you will bridge the gap between global channel vision and the operationalization of key initiatives. You’ll craft strategies that maximize channel partnerships, impacting the efficiency and success of the channel business by designing and managing high-impact channel programs and leading the development of channel data analytics and operational processes.

Build an understanding of the JumpCloud organization, overarching objectives, business model as well as current growth areas. Own specific project tasks that will help drive an overarching channel management program forward. Conduct detailed analyses of existing processes, tools, or data sets to help identify trends, inefficiencies, as well as growth opportunities.
