Support ongoing civil engineering design projects during planning, design, and construction phases. Generate and review designs for water distribution systems, sewage, drainage, grading, and pavement. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide technical guidance on design solutions.

As the new Technical Manager in our Dams Group, you will collaborate with other discipline leads and be a key asset to manage the growth and performance of the structural design staff to perform structural investigations, analysis, designs, and construction phase engineering related to Dam Safety, waterfront improvements or redevelopment, and other heavy civil works projects. Staff assignments also include writing inspection/investigation reports.

Drive commercial bookings for RES, while supporting the National Water Quality Solutions Team to develop innovative, watershed scale projects for water quality restoration / mitigation. Collaborate with RES’ West Region staff and leadership to develop opportunities and aid the transition from project booking to implementation. Manage the Water Quality Business Strategy Plan Milestones and Sales Process for the West Coast.

The Environmental Research & Analysis intern will support Opti’s marketing and regulatory strategies, working closely with the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Alliances. They will gain valuable insights into using digital technologies to optimize stormwater infrastructure performance. Responsibilities include performance reporting of CMAC systems, data analysis, and assisting with data management.
