The Retail Construction Project Manager will lead the project management and organization of retail shop fit outs including quality, relevance and timeliness of new shop construction, refits and refreshes, closures  and store maintenance of existing shop locations. Effectively manage Capex, working on estimates, verifying project actuals and updating capex forecast. Ensure project schedules are well planned and executed, collaborating with the Retailers, SSP, Real Estate leasing and finance.

• Lead the development, management, and long-term strategy for our utility operations.
• Build and manage a network of top-tier utility contractors and service providers.
• Develop standard operating procedures, maintenance schedules, and monitoring programs for all utilities.

• Design and execute stream and ecological restoration projects.
• Provide technical guidance and review project deliverables.
• Collaborate with teams and mentor junior engineers.

• Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring projects meet specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage subcontractors from bid evaluation through project completion.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets while enforcing strict safety standards.

• Manage and advance renewable energy land development projects, focusing on standalone storage and solar-plus-storage sites.
• Support site due diligence, permitting, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful project execution.
• Play a key role in advancing clean energy initiatives, driving projects from early development through permitting and execution.

• Responsible for development and maintenance of construction critical path method scheduling, primarily utilizing Oracle Primavera P6.
• Work directly with clients to develop and update schedules.
• Evaluate schedule impacts and delays.

• Lead the design and implementation of stream and ecological restoration projects.
• Provide technical expertise and manage complex project tasks.
• Work with regulatory agencies and mentor junior engineers.

• Lead and supervise a diverse team responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of traffic engineering measures within the Brooklyn Borough Engineering Office and Sign Shop.
• Assess the necessity of traffic control measures and devices to enhance the safety of all road users including pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists, as well as improving traffic flow and on-street curb usage and regulations.
• Manage comprehensive reports for traffic studies, inspections, and investigations, and tracks and schedules the maintenance and installation of traffic control devices.

Lead and manage construction projects in Kristiansund, Norway. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, adhering to safety and quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals and deliver successful outcomes.

Responsible for the project management of our home renovations, you'll oversee all aspects of 5-10 projects per month including bidding out jobs, permitting work, and ensuring everything is completed according to the project timeline. You will drive to and work from different job sites scattered throughout the greater DMV Area.
