• Lead and manage employer tax account registrations with state and local agencies.
• Research and resolve payroll tax notices in a timely manner.
• Serve as the payroll tax subject matter expert for internal leadership, payroll vendors, and client points of contact.

• Lead a cross functional team in exploring agentic workflow offerings.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to measure success of the offerings.
