Get in on the ground floor of a dynamic support team! This role is client-facing, working to grow our field support function by supporting life insurance sales through agents and their carriers across the Unites States. As a member of this key team, you will aid in responding to and resolving inquiries from our partners. You will play an important role in supporting, communicating with, and assisting clients while responding to queries and software issues.
As a Customer Support agent, you’ll work alongside a 30+ group of agents as we expand our services across the UK, providing fast, reliable, and friendly support to customers. This role involves answering tickets across email and live chat, supporting stores across the UK, and helping build our processes as we scale, embodying Gopuff’s tone of voice, and helping resolve issues in real time. Please note this role is a 0 hour contract.
In this role, you will provide timely, friendly, and effective support to Hubstaff customers via email, chat, and occasional screen shares or video calls, collaborating with a global support team to resolve issues and improve processes.
