As a Principal Kernel Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and evolution of the Windows kernel components that prevent, detect, and respond to ransomware. This role demands deep experience with Windows OS internals and the ability to ship robust drivers.
Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing of Veeam products and services. Work with development teams to integrate secure development practices into the software development lifecycle. Collaborate on the design and implementation of security within public cloud environments. Threat modeling and design reviews for new and existing Veeam products. Conducting manual source code security audits. Using automated application-analysis tools.
As a Security Engineer, Application Security you'll identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities within software applications through building security tools, code reviews, penetration testing, and security assessments. Work closely with development teams to ensure secure coding practices are integrated throughout the software development lifecycle, preventing security risks before they emerge. You will also provide security guidance to developers, fostering a culture of security awareness.
