This position is responsible for performing the programming and statistical analyses necessary to analyze the results of clinical trials and related research activities. This position also contributes to the interpretation of the results of these analyses and provides statistical input for the reporting of the results.
The Analytical Data Science Programmer Consultants support Project Lead ADS for transforming statistical analysis plans into high-quality, traceable programming deliverables, including static and dynamic outputs. The role involves creating and validating datasets in accordance with Study Data Tabulation Model and Analysis Data Model standards, ensuring compliance with client standards. You develop, validate, and maintain datasets and statistical outputs for clinical trials.
Statistical Programmers provide SAS programming expertise in data extracted from various databases for data transformation of raw data. You'll develop specifications and programming expertise and validation for Study Data Tabulation Model (SDTM) datasets, Analysis Data Model (ADaM) datasets, and develop programming to produce Tables, Listings and Graphs/Figures (TLGs or TLFs) and other reports to support statistical analysis. Provide oversight development of datasets (SDTMs/ADaMs) in CDISC-compliant format by CROs, including clear documentation of the process that was followed in the form of specifications, trackers, and checklists. Generate and/or review SDTM mapping specifications, annotated CRFs, ADaM specifications, define.XML documents, and reviewers’ guides per CDISC and FDA specifications and guidelines. Accountable for oversight of statistical programming deliverables for in-house and outsourced projects.
