We are seeking a data-driven analyst who is passionate about user growth. You will work closely with our growth team to uncover insights from user behavior, identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks, and design actionable data strategies.

You will support business partners with advanced data insights and serve as a subject matter expert within the organization for all things data related. You will work closely with our VP of Finance to develop in-depth insights into our user journey including new customer activations and cohort analysis, identifying product success, and customer health and engagement. Build and maintain internal reporting pipelines and dashboards for troubleshoot, development, and access controls.

Seeking a motivated Data Analyst to join the Business Intelligence and Healthcare Analytics team. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate member behavior into actionable strategies. This position offers direct collaboration with senior leadership and clear advancement opportunities.

Your main goal will be to develop reliable, comprehensive tracking and analysis of customer usage metrics across self-service and sales-enabled accounts, empowering n8n to anticipate churn, identify expansion opportunities, and refine its pricing and GTM strategies. You'll become the go-to expert on n8n’s complex datasets and work cross-functionally to deliver insights that directly shape adoption, retention, and revenue growth.

Help quantify success across product development, identify and prioritise opportunities, and find patterns in behaviour to drive conversations with customers. You will own the analytical framework that links product adoption to customer impact and business success, collaborating across Product Development and Customer Experience teams. Focus on designing and implementing repeatable, scalable analytical solutions advising high-stakes strategic decisions.
