This role focuses on data collection to support the model training operations. You will find new audio data sources, build ingestion pipelines, and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP. Collaborate with scientists to enhance data quality and scale to power next-generation models and craft the AI Team’s dataset roadmap to power Speechify’s next-generation consumer and enterprise products.

You'll design, build, and maintain the systems that ingest, transform, and serve data across the company, partnering closely with Data Science, Platform Engineering, and Product Engineering teams to support data-driven product development and decision-making.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing modern database systems and infrastructure, with deep expertise in AWS, automation, and both relational and NoSQL databases. You will play a key role in maintaining database performance, building self-service tools, and enhancing observability and resilience through scripting and AI-driven automation.
