Manage access controls, oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, and conduct periodic access reviews. Collaborate with Engineering to address architectural security weaknesses.
Lead a team of solution architects and implementation engineers, driving customer value in the Chronosphere platform. Assist sales and customer success teams in pre- and post-sales stages, solving customer use cases with hands-on advisory and implementation.
