We are seeking an early-career cloud engineer with a strong learning mindset to help build and operate our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment. You will work with senior engineers and architects to operate implement infrastructure-as-code, networking, security guardrails, automation, and monitoring. This role suits someone with foundational cloud knowledge who is eager to learn quickly and grow into a cloud engineering/architecture path.

Help design, build, and maintain the systems that power data and software platforms, focusing on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure, Terraform-based automation, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins; open to DevOps/Cloud Engineers experienced with other cloud providers.

Support the contract with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in a fast-paced government contractor environment and be adaptive to the changing needs of the organization. You will own technical customer relationships by customizing OpenVM for user needs and ensuring successful product impact. You will also help shape our product roadmap by deeply understanding and communicating customer needs.

Enhance the reliability and performance of our Brokerage-as-a-Service platform during critical 7/24 operations in this Site Reliability Engineer 2 role. This role demands a proactive approach to managing technical challenges and system optimizations that align with global operational strategies. Support the SRE team in developing and implementing enhancements to support workflows, focusing on automation and efficiency improvements. Handle technical escalations and troubleshoot complex issues.

As the Lead Platform Engineer on our team, you’ll be driving forward the technical architecture across platform infrastructure, DevOps and security, establishing best practices as well as contributing with hands-on work.
