We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep experience in AWS, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and cloud architecture to lead the modernization, expansion, and operational excellence of our cloud ecosystem. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage highly scalable, secure, and reusable AWS infrastructure using AWS CDK, while also improving CI/CD pipelines, backup strategies, observability systems, and security frameworks across multiple accounts and environments.

This role will lead a senior team of engineers managing our AWS cloud infrastructure and building our development platform on Kubernetes. The ideal candidate is passionate about developer efficiency through excellent planning, techniques, and architectures and is also able to jump into tough problems to help resolve them.

Pioneer new ways to improve developer productivity by leveraging emerging technologies like AI to optimize workflows, improve test coverage and reduce friction in the development lifecycle. Shape the next generation of our development environments and modernize core internal libraries and tooling. Define and measure operational excellence at scale and elevate our testing infrastructure.

At New Relic, we provide our customers real-time insights, so they can innovate faster. This position in the Kubernetes infrastructure organization will work in the Cloud Platform Engineering group, developing and maintaining the backend infrastructure for deploying and maintaining hundreds of Kubernetes clusters that host the applications of New Relic on the multi-cloud platform of Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure.

Design, develop, and maintain automation applications for network services and build and expose APIs for integrating automation workflows. You will work with YANG data models and interface with systems and network equipment using protocols such as NETCONF, RESTCONF, furthermore design and manage databases to store configurations and logs, then collaborate in agile development and create technical documentation.

This role is at the center of incident response, internal tooling, and platform reliability, acting as a Level 3 escalation point for Cybrid's production environment. You’ll work closely with engineering squads, product teams, and internal stakeholders like Compliance and Support to improve how we monitor, respond, and recover from platform events. This position is remote-first.

You will be leading the engineering and operations of cloud-based mission critical applications and services. Our Platform Engineering organization is building our internal platform for internal clients.

You'll help build Cytora’s Underwriting Productivity Suite, a serverless web application increasing underwriter efficiency and effectiveness. Join the platform team, managing infrastructure, monitoring systems, and CI/CD pipelines across Europe, the US, and Australia on AWS and GCP. This role needs good intuition on the level of complexity our systems need and requires someone customer-centric, values-driven, and collaborative.

Lead and support a wide range of automation projects focused on process optimization, intelligent automation, and scalable data solutions. Design and implement rule-based and intelligent automation workflows using tools such as Alteryx, Python, and optionally Make or n8n. Contribute to the evolution of automation maturity from rules-based logic to intelligent automation and AI agent frameworks. Build and nurture strong client relationships.

The Manager of Cloud Engineering will oversee the Cloud Operations Team, which is responsible for the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of production infrastructures for customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to our customers that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for driving initiatives to improve the onboarding process for new customers.
