Plan and execute trade show participation and owned events. Bring the brand to life through engaging experiences for our beauty and wellness community and prospects. Partner with the Events Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics and on-site success, requiring strong project management skills.

Looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of a variety of internal and external events, including tradeshows, customer experiences, product demos, and team offsites. This role plays a key part in elevating our brand presence, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting go-to-market efforts. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and enjoys cross-functional collaboration.

Support marketing, field, and sales operations, ensuring successful execution of highly targeted events and marketing initiatives. Work closely with the Director of Field Marketing and ABM in ensuring proper execution of all campaigns to maximize brand awareness and ROI. Be a key player in supporting PolyAI’s marketing activities and field events with a focus on event coordination, campaign execution, logistics management, and account strategy.
