The Staff Software Engineer will steward HighLevel's core payments models— subscriptions, payments , reconciliation , tax —and the services around them, ensuring correctness by design, auditability, and delightful performance at scale. This is an IC role with org‑level influence (no direct reports), focused on designing systems, shaping standards, and growing engineers.

Drive data-informed decisions for site selection and market expansion, leveraging advanced analytics tools to perform demographic and psychographic analyses, identify key customer insights, and evaluate potential locations for new Sandbox VR venues. Your work will directly impact our growth strategy by correlating market data with performance metrics to ensure optimal site suitability, while collaborating across teams to shape our expansion and franchising initiatives.

This role is for a driven, entrepreneurial Territory Account Executive (TAE) to help Vori build out new markets and bring an entire industry online. As a TAE, you'll be the face of Vori in the field — meeting store owners, and running the full sales cycle. This role will allow you to partner directly with independent grocery operators and local market leaders to show them how Vori’s AI-driven platform can modernize their operations.
