As an HR Implementation Manager, lead HR implementations, including data migration, across Deel’s suite of HR products (HRIS, Engage, ATS, Workforce Planning, and Compensation). Oversee the full implementation process, ensuring clients’ HR data is accurately transferred, systems are properly configured, and the transition is seamless. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through the setup and migration phases, while offering ongoing support and training. This role must be based in the APAC region and will support clients across both APAC and EMEA markets.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team on a 6-month contract, with the possibility to convert to a full-time role based on performance and business needs. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers across functions to identify, attract, and engage world-class talent in engineering, product, growth, and operations — all within the fast-evolving Web3 space.

The Benefits Specialist will manage and optimize global employee benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, and pension plans, for both employees and customers. This role ensures compliance with applicable country, state, and federal regulations across the various locations where the company operates, providing expert guidance on all benefits-related matters, implementing new initiatives, and coordinating with vendors.

The HR Experience Specialist will provide hands-on support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring that Deel's employees have a smooth, efficient, and positive experience across all HR processes. From onboarding to offboarding, this role works closely with global teams to address employee queries, assist with HR administration, and help implement HR initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
