In this strategic role, you’ll take full ownership of end-to-end hiring for our Korea-based and remote roles, partnering closely with hiring managers across teams like engineering, AI, or operations. Identify, attract, and secure top-tier, mission-aligned talent who will help BJAK build the future of financial access across Southeast Asia and beyond. The role includes screening CVs and portfolios, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, giving feedback, and improving the hiring funnel.
