As part of the local Human Resources team, you will participate in shaping the future of new and existing aDvengers. Your main focus is recruiting, handling tasks in application management including pre-screening, scheduling, participating in interviews, and communication between candidates and hiring managers. You will also assist in optimizing existing and drafting as well as implementing new HR processes and policies.
