We’re hiring a Director, People Planning & Programs to serve as a strategic operating partner to our Chief People Officer (CPO) and global People leadership team (PLT). This role ensures our People function has a strong operating rhythm to scale in a fast-growing, remote-first company. This position will act as the program architect and operator for high-impact people initiatives for the CPO.
