As the People & Talent Specialist you own the full employee lifecycle—attracting and hiring top talent, onboarding them for success, and driving the engagement programs that celebrate, engage, and retain our people. You’ll support full-cycle hiring from posting to initial screenings, while also owning initiatives. Expect ~ 60 % of your week on full‑cycle recruiting and ~ 40 % on people‑ops & engagement. Your mission: fill roles fast and keep our distributed team connected and thriving.
