The Quality and Training Specialist will report to the Supervisor of Quality and Training under the Service Operations Team at Cohere Health and will implement quality measurements, scoring, and performance improvement data to improve operational efficiency. Support will be provided to all functions within the Training and Quality department including building the success of the company through training and development.
