This position manages and enhances the volunteer program by recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers to ensure their effective involvement in Blue Star Families' initiatives. Working with national and chapter teams to align volunteer efforts with the organization's mission and goals, ensuring that all volunteers feel supported, valued, and engaged.

As an Organizing Associate, support local and state candidates and their volunteers, equipping them with the tools and strategies needed to win elections. You'll provide hands-on coaching, training, and strategic support to help them run stronger campaigns and build people-powered movements, plus deliver remote support through tools, training, and coaching.
