Coordinate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other departments to ensure a smooth claims process.
Manages a team of remote Public Entity Underwriters focused on education risks, comprising Renewal Only and Production Underwriters. Holds full management responsibilities: attraction, development, pay and performance management, and communication of underwriting strategy. Contributes to business area planning and strategy, driving underwriting excellence and change initiatives. Maintains external relationships with brokers/agents to achieve team goals.
