The analyst provides expert-level troubleshooting, supports integration strategies, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive performance and compliance in revenue cycle operations.

Manage day-to-day project tasks for integrating e-commerce solutions from close of sale through hand-off to the Customer Operations team. Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration as part of completing implementation project. Create customer-specific business rules to meet customer and trading partner system and/or business requirements. Exceeding customer expectations is a top priority.

Perform as a QA or BA to test Claims specifically for Bluecard business review and recommend modification to existing Claims Pricing configurations. Experience in configuration within HealthRules (benefits and Package pricing) from development into the testing and deploying to the production environment. Recommends and implements benefit and pricing setup based on knowledge of system configuration capabilities and information obtained from business clients.
