The Technical Support Engineer - Tracking and Telematics role is a Subject Matter Expert that manages, tracks, diagnoses, and troubleshoots cases in Technical Support, trains other employees, identifies larger issues, and alerts stakeholders, utilizing tools developed by the engineering team to modify user/vehicle data for resolving support issues.

We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in identity management and system integrations. This role focuses on maintaining our authentication infrastructure, managing integrations, and providing technical support to ensure smooth operations across our engineering organisation.

As a member of the Elite Support Team, you will work with premium customers, helping them troubleshoot PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingOne, PingID, and supported integration kits. Members of the Elite team are specialists providing an exceptional level of support, operating a follow-the-sun model to assist customers with their Ping solutions.
