The Compliance Analyst at CDNA will handle inquiries related to CDNA rules and membership obligations, and compliance with CFTC regulations, conduct investigations into potential CDNA rule violations, perform various compliance-related audits and monitoring, and handle other compliance-related functions.
This is a unique opportunity for a full time Analyst to join the Compliance team. The Compliance Team is responsible for ensuring that the FCM office continues to comply with its obligations under NFA rules and regulations as well as regulations under the CEA. You will support the Chief Compliance Officer in responding to regulatory requests, monitoring customer activity, conducting investigations, and overseeing the governance of the FCM.
