As a Senior Associate - Legal at Sprinto, you’ll help keep our commercial and regulatory machinery humming. You’ll own day-to-day contract work across global jurisdictions, drive privacy and compliance initiatives, and—critically—deploy AI tooling to slash review cycles and free the business to move faster.

This role focuses on strengthening our privacy and security assurance capabilities at scale. The analyst will contribute to the design and execution of the company’s privacy roadmap, manage data subject access requests, support privacy impact assessments, and conduct vendor risk assessments. The position requires strong organizational skills and a passion for privacy programs, as well as familiarity with security/privacy compliance frameworks.

This position develops, implements, and maintains the Corporate Compliance Program for DCI and directs the work of the DCI compliance department staff. In addition, the position serves as the corporate HIPPA Privacy Officer. Responsibilities include developing, modifying, and implementing compliance policies and procedures, as well as monitoring compliance with the Code of Conduct.

As Associate General Counsel, you'll be a key partner for product, sales, marketing, and business development, providing strategic legal advice and crafting processes for rapid growth while ensuring compliance and governance; you will lead commercial negotiations, advise on product risks, manage privacy compliance programs, support corporate governance, drive M&A, and build operational legal processes.
