Assist in the management of the delivery of legal services to children and families impacted by family separation and other emerging legal and policy changes affecting migrant children seeking safe haven in the U.S. Provide direct representation, pro bono mentoring, and strategic legal counsel and program planning and implementation in a cutting-edge area of humanitarian immigration work on behalf of highly vulnerable children.

KIND seeks a Managing Attorney for the National Team to provide senior-level expertise and leadership in the provision of legal services by KIND attorneys and pro bono partners to unaccompanied children facing removal proceedings. The Managing Attorney will manage and coordinate a team of National Senior Attorneys, Staff Attorneys, Paralegals and Program Coordinators. This is a remote position based from any location in the U.S. with occasional travel as needed.
