- Own marketing program operations end-to-end, including builds, segmentation, scoring, and QA for campaigns, events, and BDR outreach.
- Operate and evolve inbound lead routing, assignment logic, and enrichment to ensure clean handoffs to sales.
- Build scalable ops architecture across the marketing stack and partner with Sales/BDR on Salesforce requests and data hygiene.
