  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based counseling to individuals, families, and groups in a virtual/remote setting.
  • Develop behavioral health change plans and protocols, and provide patient education and skill training.
  • Perform case management, risk management documentation, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
