Salvo Health is seeking a skilled LCSW/LICSW for their care team, focusing on personalized psychosocial support and counseling to improve patients' quality of life. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing health education, developing care plans, and coordinating with the clinical team. The LCSW will empower patients to make behavioral changes for better clinical outcomes and overall wellness.

Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs.
