The Enrollment Specialist is the first point of contact for Amae, making a lasting impression. As an extension of care teams, they engage with patients, families, social workers, and hospital systems to facilitate access to care and support the intake and referral process to Amae Health.

Be a vital part of FamilyWell's mission to enhance access to high-quality, equitable, and affordable mental health services for peri/menopausal individuals. As a coach, you will provide comprehensive peri/menopausal support for patients at our first trial OB/GYN clinic in Illinois, following completion of the FamilyWell Peri/menopausal Mental Health Certification Program. This is a 1099/Contract position, approximately 5-10 hours per week.

This is a full-time remote role where you'll provide emotional support to clients facing urgent situations via telephone and chat. Evaluate client needs, assess risk, perform crisis containment, and provide helpful resources. Responsibilities include assessing needs, providing crisis counseling, identifying problems, assessing risk levels, and offering counseling interventions.
