Cartwheel is rapidly growing in scale and complexity, and this role will lead strategic, growth, and process improvement projects across payer contracting, payer enrollment, and revenue cycle management operations. As Cartwheel’s Health Plan Operations Manager, you’ll provide strategic support to both the Director of Health Plan Operations and Sr. Manager of Revenue Cycle to expand and optimize how Cartwheel generates medical revenue.

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Operations Manager to oversee an outsourced hospital billing (HB) operation encompassing an acute facility, ambulatory surgery center (ASC), and multiple outpatient clinics. The ideal candidate will bring deep operational expertise in hospital billing and third-party vendor management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the revenue cycle.
