As a Scaled Partner Manager, you’ll help shape how Figma engages and supports our growing community of technology partners, managing relationships with dozens of partners through scalable programs. This role involves defining these scalable programs, connecting partners with internal teams across product, marketing, enablement, and operations, to ensure a seamless experience so that millions of people can extend Figma’s platform.

This individual will play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth by developing and managing high-impact alliances and partnerships, driving innovative go-to-market models, and fostering deep relationships with key partners across the financial software and fintech landscape. Reporting to the Division Vice President of Strategic Alliances, this role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer business drivers.
