We are looking for a Manager to help Mastercard reach more customers through strategic partners focusing on our chargeback solutions. The ideal candidate understands players in the chargeback segments and knows how to put together smart partnerships around the usage of Ethoca chargeback alerts and Consumer Clarity solutions to help them make better decisions while growing our business. This position develops and manages channel and alliance partner relationships.

Scale our Agency Partnerships channel by driving revenue through existing & newly identified Agency Partners, leveraging traditional & innovative business development tactics to build a revenue flywheel with our Agency Partners. Be the face of the company at various events, meetups, and trade shows in Germany, developing our partner program.
