We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic procurement team. The Procurement Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement processes, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and contract management. In this role, you can expect to review purchase requests, maintain procurement databases, manage contract lifecycles and support strategic sourcing initiatives.

A key member of the Finance team, the Director of Procurement is responsible for establishing and leading a comprehensive and sustainable procurement function, including strategic sourcing and supplier management. This role will build new procurement capabilities and infrastructure, focused on developing comprehensive procurement guidance.

Review daily backorder reports and send RFQs to suppliers via Zendesk. Monitor purchasing tickets in Zendesk and alert buyers to updates. Record supplier updates for POs and RFQs in Netsuite. Track late orders and maintain accurate dates and updates on Zendesk tickets.
