Lead a cross-functional team to deliver on Openly’s most critical objectives as we rebuild the insurance product experience for our customers and agents, building a strategic roadmap to achieve key results and working closely with teammates and stakeholders to execute that plan.

Lead the development and enhancement of personalized and data driven Insurance products, requiring leadership across product development, business strategy, and customer experience. Define and drive the strategy to build competitive and innovative insurance products that address customer needs. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, implement A/B tests and other optimization strategies to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
