Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Management Lead to support Oura’s product go-to-market strategy and execution, you will organize a portfolio of hardware products and their strategy. Your strategic mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and solid communication skills will be vital in driving the success of our direct channel programs.

This role will lead the strategy, positioning, and commercialization of our Leak Detection, Piracy Prevention and AI Compliance product portfolio. The role primarily focuses on external factors—markets, customers, competitors, emerging Generative AI policy and delivery ecosystems. You will leverage knowledge of data security and content distribution tools to shape product-market fit and accelerate adoption across enterprise, media, and brand/IP protection use cases.
