This is a hands-on testing role focused on ensuring release readiness across web, mobile, APIs, data/analytics workflows, and integrations. You’ll work within a distributed engineering team and take ownership of test strategy, system documentation, and test case design. You’ll plan and execute functional, regression, exploratory, cross-browser, and mobile tests; validate data outputs including analytics and AI-generated content; manage test data; log and triage defects; verify fixes; and contribute to overall release quality.

Help ensure our platform continues to deliver a smooth, reliable, and intuitive experience for landscapers. This role bridges engineering, design, and product — providing hands-on testing, usability feedback, and clear documentation that helps our customers make the most of Duranta’s tools.

This hybrid role combines leadership and direct technical involvement, guiding a talented team of test engineers while owning and refining testing capabilities, processes, and methodologies to drive continuous improvements in E2E testing strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams across the US and Oulu, Finland to deliver high-quality products.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using scripting/programming languages and automation tools. Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks. Ensure scalability, maintainability, and reusability of test scripts. Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring that tests are executed automatically as part of the build and deployment process.
