Work with the product and development teams to create and improve testing processes for the frontend of our platform. Design and implement automation tests that are reliable, sturdy, independent of minor UI changes, and deliver accurate results. Drive test projects from start to completion in collaboration with engineering teams. Document bugs and work with development and product to ensure issues are addressed before release.

Lead a team of Software Development Engineers in Test to build and maintain robust, scalable automated testing frameworks, playing a critical role in ensuring both test coverage and compliance readiness (SOX, SOC 2, etc.) while enabling continuous delivery and rapid iteration.
