We are looking for a quality-driven and people-oriented QA Engineering Lead to oversee our growing QA function and lead a team of 5+ quality engineers. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the quality strategy across all of application engineering. You’ll partner with engineering and product leadership to integrate a culture of testing into the SDLC and ensure our web applications and APIs meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.

Executing ticket testing on mobile (iOS & Android), web, and desktop platforms. Reproducing issues found during testing. Documenting and reporting test results, including bugs and potential risks. Clearly communicating findings to the development team and stakeholders. Working closely and directly with the client.

Create comprehensive test plans; execute and automate them Support engineering organizations in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and dev/test environments.

Needed to work directly with one client, supporting multiple teams. Project Focus: functional and ticket testing, as well as documenting and reporting test results, including bugs and potential risks. You’ll channel your passion for quality and be integral in bringing value to a dedicated client.
