This position is remote with a clear CA LVN license. The Clinical Quality Liaison educates and supports providers and practice sites in improving clinical quality measures and closing gaps in care. The Clinical Quality Liaison provides education and acts as a resource for HEDIS measures, appropriate medical record documentation and appropriate coding. Assists in resolving deficiencies impacting compliance to meet State and Federal standards for HEDIS.

The Registered Nurse, Clinical Delivery will manage the communication of critical and abnormal lab results to patients. This includes contacting patients, documenting communications, following up on lab escalations, and collaborating with providers. This role is also responsible for patient education and serves as a point of escalation for the Member Services team.
