Lead outbound campaign strategy across global SDR teams. Direct impact on pipeline generation by designing and managing data-driven campaigns. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align messaging, targeting, and timing. Design and execute high-volume outbound campaigns targeting strategic segments, using intent signals, ICP, and firmographics.

This key leadership role requires extensive knowledge of the sales development landscape and strong people management skills. In this role, you will recruit, develop, and enhance the essential competencies of individual contributors and leaders. You'll be responsible for overseeing a team of 3 ADR Managers and their direct reports, as well as contributing meaningfully to defining the outbound strategy for ADR teams in the Americas.
