Join an engineering team of 4 as a senior technical IC. You will be given a large chunk of responsibility over the product, and as an early member of the team, you will be a key part of shaping the company culture, growing the company, and building an amazing product. You will be expected to tackle projects across front end, backend, or data engineering.

Act alongside product, design, data, and other business areas to transform market insights and user needs into cutting-edge technological solutions. You'll understand the pain points and behaviors of self-employed individuals using our product, propose improvement hypotheses based on data and real feedback, and collaborate in multifunctional teams to translate business requirements into high-performance, scalable data solutions.

The Engineering Manager will expand Single Sign On (SSO) capabilities and improve authentication security across the product suite, collaboratively deciding how to achieve specific outcomes. As a manager, you'll work with engineers to understand their growth paths, ensure they have good challenges ahead, and steadily provide them useful, direct feedback. You’ll also play a role in discussions that help guide the overall evolution of Ellevation’s engineering team.

Shape the future of energy software as a Sr. Staff/Principal Engineer at Equilibrium, driving critical frontend architecture decisions and strategic initiatives. Build an interconnected ecosystem of front end applications within a complex domain, creating software that enables both powerful automation and human agency. Navigate complex problem spaces and translate intricate domain requirements into elegant, scalable UIs.

This role is focused on leading impactful initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through to delivery, that help shape the team’s vision and drive real business outcomes; designing and delivering major strategic projects, taking ownership of the technical architecture and execution; and uplifting engineering standards by improving testing strategies, frameworks, and documentation practices. The role involves building a developer-friendly culture and supporting the growth of our data platform teams.
