• Own and lead GridUnity's quality engineering strategy, scaling an AI-native, artifact-first quality operating model across all product lines.
• Harden the pipeline for agent-generated test coverage, manage review throughput, and enforce release-gate discipline with evidence-backed sign-off.
• Build evaluation systems for agent-driven quality, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement of software reliability and developer productivity.
