As a senior full stack engineer on our Growth team, you'll work on high-impact experiments that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization for millions of users. This is not a typical feature development role. You'll ship measurable experiments across the stack, build rapid MVPs, dig into data, and help shape our growth strategy alongside product and analytics partners. We're looking for nimble, product-minded engineers who thrive on iteration, understand compounding impact, and want to learn fast.

Development of back-end applications with Microsoft technologies (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, C#, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Power Apps, …). Tasks include integration of corporate reusable solutions, implementing core business logic, creating servers and databases, designing data storage solutions, and ensuring security. Additionally, optimization of application speed and scalability is required along with API design, scalable software participation, and code maintenance.
