The Engineering Lead will lead a team of software engineers across both front-end and back-end to drive innovation in full-stack product development. Responsibilities include nurturing and mentoring engineering talent, developing roadmaps with product management, writing clean code in Ruby, Python, and Typescript, while maintaining high availability of products and quick response to any production incidents.

We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer (Applied AI) to join one of several exciting product initiatives currently in progress that leverage the latest in AI, particularly using Large Language Models (LLMs). As our next Senior Software Engineer (Applied AI), you will be focused on product development, with a side of early product iteration. Lead the team that owns Canva’s internal feature flagging and progressive delivery platform. Lead a talented team of backend and frontend engineers, creating the conditions for them to thrive. Define and evolve the strategy of our Feature Control platform, working conjointly with other teams of the group to connect with related services.

Design and develop cloud-enabled products, working on all parts of the code stack, utilizing modern frameworks and technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders within the business including Product team and User-Experience team to understand their requirements/criteria. Advocate and evangelize modern agile methodologies and best practices. Take a role in translating requirements to sprint stories and executing on them. Build quick prototypes to refine concepts, then turn them into real production-quality features. Contribute to the evolution of the SDLC and the tech stack.

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our Frontend Team. You will create sustainable front components that are reusable in other screens, environments and entities and that follow ITX's design standards. You will ensure development's quality and cleanliness and communicate ideas, new methods, or technologies to improve the current technology stack. You will design and develop reusable components by other projects or products.

You will be a member of an Agile team, evolving an existing micro-service ecosystem and developing new ones. You will deliver high quality software, writing unit and acceptance tests. You will automate infrastructure, development and operations to develop services that are highly available and scalable.

As a Senior Software Engineer in our Integrations organization, you’ll help drive the success of the Integrations strategy. The Tactical Integrations group is focused on building critical integrations needed to help retain customers, land new deals, and keep the existing set of integrations properly maintained and updated. Your work will directly our ability to both ingest and share data to and from a variety of systems including ecomm platforms, ESPs, CDPs, data warehouses, etc.

Help is needed! Most of our work is on the backend, and we prefer generalists. We work in node, but that isn't a requirement. The interview process will include DSA-style live coding challenges. You will work as part of a cross functional product team working closely with product managers, designers and tech leads to build products that our customers love.
